I love the intersection of theater, music and dance and I get really excited about telling stories through movement. I ask myself, what can we learn about the subtitles of the characters through their physical interactions? What more can be revealed about the time and place of the story in the structuring of the movement in a song? What is driving the story forward in the musical numbers and how can I express the story in dance?
